Who is Democratic- Sonia or PM Modi

Democratic' Sonia Vs 'Dictatorial' Modi

By S Gurumurthy,
New Indian Express,10th December 2015

The Congress party characterizes Modi as a dictator and by implication, presents Sonia as a democrat. Whether a popular leader is a dictator or a democrat is tested by conduct. An unpopular dictator is an oxymoron. A dictator may become unpopular but no unpopular person can ever become a dictator. How a leader behaves when in position of power — particularly when his or her position is under threat — offers the most reliable test.

A popular Indira Gandhi was tested twice. Once in 1969 when her senior colleagues dissented her individualistic style. She used State power, back-stabbed the party and defeated the party nominee in the election for the President of India and captured the party with the help of the enemies of the party by forging an ideological alliance with them. This destroyed the democratic Congress party as the nation knew till then. She put the party under her virtual dictatorship. She changed the very paradigm of national politics from politics of ethics and character to politics of power and success. This brought out her dictatorial mind.
The real dictator in her came out when the Allahabad High Court unseated her from Parliament and the Supreme Court made her a Prime Minister without voting rights in Parliament. She struck at the nation, imposed Emergency and, as Nani Palkhiwala said, defaced and defiled the Constitution, courts, Parliament, Opposition, media, and the people at large and put the whole nation under total dictatorship. It is 40 years since and still now, no one in the Congress or from the family of Indira Gandhi has sincerely regretted the Emergency. On the contrary, Rajiv Gandhi, after he got four-fifths majority in the Lok Sabha in 1984, even tried to justify the Emergency.
And that Congress party and Sonia Gandhi, claiming to be the proud daughter-in-law of Indira Gandhi, are trying to brand Narendra Modi as dictatorial — by implication, claiming to be democratic. Is it not time then that one compared the democratic credentials of Sonia and Modi?
Look at how the ‘dictatorial’ Narendra Modi conducted himself when, just three years before he became the Prime Minister, he was under tremendous pressure from the Opposition, media and even the courts. Sonia Gandhi and her party had accused him of being the merchant of death. The UPA, which had made the CBI its Alsatian, used the agency to target him in the Sohrabuddin case. The sordid story was exposed by The New Indian Express (see articles titled, Fixing Shah, by Fabrication, CBI Betrays Court, Bails Out Congress and Interrogating The Media — published in August 2010). The media was applauding every effort to fix and get rid of him. Yet, there was no FIR against him. No complaint had been filed in any court against him. No court had issued him summons. No court had ordered his examination by police. But the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Gujarat riots summoned him for examination like police would summon any one at their discretion.
Modi was as popular in Gujarat as he is now all over the country. He was a powerful and performing Chief Minister of Gujarat. Also he was seen as the rising national leader within the BJP when the SIT summoned him. But he did not use his party to drum up support for him in the Assembly nor did his party stall Parliament. The Gujarat Assembly functioned and so did Parliament. He could have gathered a million people to give him a great ovation when he went to the SIT office to put pressure on the investigation and on the instigators of the case against him. He respected the summons and drove to the SIT office in his car. He walked down the lane leading to the SIT alone. He was grilled by the SIT for over eight hours. He answered their questions. Satisfied with his answers, the SIT finally exonerated him.
But his adversaries would not leave him. They charged the SIT with favouring him. Finally, the Supreme Court had to exonerate him twice — once, when the UPA was in power and next time, a few months ago. This is ‘dictatorial’ Modi’s behaviour.
Now compare how the ‘democratic’ Sonia behaved after the National Herald case caught up with her, her son and her family loyalists. Here is the National Herald case in brief. In November 2012, Dr Subramanian Swamy exposed how Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have grabbed properties of National Herald worth thousands of crores through a convoluted criminal strategy. After that, this newspaper carried a detailed article, National Herald Affair: It’s Fraud All The Way (TNIE, November 8, 2012), explaining the fraud. In January 2013, Dr Swamy filed a criminal complaint against Sonia, her son and family loyalists, including Motilal Vohra, the Congress party treasurer, charging them with conspiracy, fraud, cheating, and criminal breach of trust to rob the shareholders and the public of thousands of crores.
All this happened when the UPA was in power. Rahul Gandhi threatened to file a defamation suit against Dr Swamy. Swamy challenged him but Rahul ran away. In June 2014, a Delhi criminal court took cognisance of the offence and issued summons. Forthwith, Sonia Gandhi and other five accused, including Rahul, filed petitions in the Delhi High Court to quash the criminal proceedings. They kept delaying the hearing till they thought they got the judge they felt comfortable with.
One judge recused himself and so did the next. The matter went to the third judge, who Sonia and her co-accused did not like, and he too recused himself. All the accused petitioned to have the matter heard by the second judge who had recused himself earlier. The case was posted before the very judge, who Sonia and her co-accused felt comfortable with. It is that very same judge, who decided on December 7, 2015 that the lower court has rightly ordered their trial and summoned them, and asked them to appear before the metropolitan magistrate.
Still, hell broke loose. The very next day the Congress president was seen instigating her MPs to stall Parliament. When the Speaker asked them why were they disturbing the House, they shouted they saw in the National Herald case “political vendetta” and “democracy in danger”. When the Speaker asked them to spell out what they want and offered to allow them to raise the issue and speak in the House, they ran away from speaking in the House. Obviously, they only had instructions to stall the House. The same theatrics were repeated in the Rajya Sabha. Not that they did not talk in the House. They couldn’t. Why?
It needs no seer to say that the prosecution on the National Herald fraud was an act of the judiciary and the Modi government had had nothing to do with it. There was no CBI or Income Tax or the Enforcement Directorate in the picture which could link the prosecution to the government. It was the private complaint of Dr Subramanian Swamy on which the magistrate held that Sonia, Rahul and the four family loyalists had created a trust company fully controlled by them as a cloak or sham of a special purpose vehicle to convert public money and to acquire control over thousands of crores of assets of National Herald.
The court held that the accused acted as a consortium to achieve the nefarious purpose and asked them to face trial. This was the prima facie assessment of the court under the law. The government had no role in this process at all. It was between Sonia Gandhi and her co-conspirators on the one hand and Dr Subramanian Swamy on the other, with the court playing the neutral and judicial role.
This order was passed in June 2014. Did Sonia or Rahul or any of the accused or the Congress party even hint that the magistrate had acted outside the law? Stop Parliament? In contrast, they all went to the Delhi High Court to quash the order and summons of the magistrate. The judge, whom they were comfortable with, decided on December 7 that they better face the criminal case as the magistrate had rightly decided.
The very next day, the ‘democratic Sonia’ ordered her party to stall Parliament. Even as she was overseeing the closure of Parliament for the day on December 8 and her son was on a flying visit to Tamil Nadu to offer relief to the flood-affected people, their lawyers were standing before the magistrate and pleading that Sonia, Rahul and the other accused were “keen to appear before the court”. Where is vendetta then, Madam Sonia? The court has granted them 10 days and directed them to appear on December 19. It remains to be seen whether the ‘democratic’ Sonia and Rahul will walk alone and appear before the court like Modi did before the police or gather a huge crowd for theatrics and disturb the court like the Gandhis disturbed the Shah Commission.
A caveat: Obviously stressed by the court notice on charges of swallowing thousands of crores of properties of National Herald by using the Congress party, Sonia Gandhi said, “Why should I be scared of anyone? I am Indira Gandhi’s daughter-in-law.” She said this after personally directing the Congress party to halt Parliament on Tuesday. This is ‘democratic’ Sonia, the daughter-in-law of Indira Gandhi, the saviour of democracy in India, charging Modi with ‘dictatorship’. There cannot be a more cruel joke on democracy.

Indian Politics of Confrontation and Dishonesty

DO WE SEE ANARCHY IN POLITICS TODAY?

It certainly is self serving politics being played which is dangerously at its lowest in form and expression. India is a target of some unknown powers which are using some people who are orchestrating politics of confrontation only to serve their own political goals.
Suddenly... 70,80 90 year old leaders have become active in politics and trying to hit back at the ruling BJP Team led by PM Modi.
This is in every way बगावत की राजनीती by none other than the seniors in BJP and it is led by none other than LK Advani, MM Joshi, Yashwant Sinha like seniors who ideally speaking should have retired voluntarily and created space for the young leaders in the party and set an example for young generation that politics is not for self serving goals but to serve the nation selflessly without greed for power.
BUT WHAT YOU SEE FROM THE NEW DEVELOPMENT IN POLITICS IS ONLY PROVING, THE GREED FOR POWER IS OVER TOP THAN THE PARTY INTERESTS AND THE COUNTRY.
Everyone of them from LK Advani to MM Joshi are involved in setting up mines in the land where they themselves are standing, and enjoying the Victory of BJP coming back to power with huge mandate in 2014 Lok Sabha Elections??
Was anyone of them responsible remotely to get such a huge electoral mandate for BJP alone?
Only one person with his vision and political approach convinced the electorate to vote BJP in power with majority and that was Narendra Damodardas Modi.... nobody else.

His dynamic leadership, his energy in mobilizing masses from every corner of the country fueled the electoral victory is a well known recorded history. All these old leaders like LK Advani, MM Joshi, Yashwant Sinha, had failed in 2004 and 2009 national elections which were led by solely and solely L.K.Advani and he and his outdated political vision, ideas and approach could not bring victory for BJP and BJP suffered humiliating defeat both times and Congress came to power defeating BJP both times.
WHAT ARE THESE DISGRUNTLED BJP OLD BRIGADE TRYING TO PROVE BY SABOTAGING 2014 VICTORY WHO HAD NO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ENERGY NOR THE VISION TO WIN ELECTIONS???
WHATEVER THESE GREEDY LEADERS ARE DOING TODAY IS AGAINST THE PARTY´S AND COUNTRY´S INTEREST. IT IS SHAMEFUL TOO.
ALL THOSE DESTRUCTIVE POWERS LIKE ISI OF PAKISTAN, CHINA, AND SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND POWERS WITHIN THE COUNTRY LIKE CONGRESS WHO ARE PLAYING POLITICS TO DESTABILIZE INDIA IN THEIR OWN POLITICAL INTERESTS ARE SUCCEEDING IN THEIR EFFORTS TO DERAIL MODI GOVERNMENT.
TODAY, CONGRESS ,AND ALL OPPOSITION PARTIES ARE GIVEN GOLDEN POLITICAL OPPORTUNITY BY LK ADVANI, MM JHOSHI, YASHWANT SINHA, LIKE SENIORS AND SHATRUGHNA SINHA, KIRTI AZAD LIKE BJP MEMBERS TO HIT OUT AT MODI GOVERNMENT AND BJP AT THE CENTER.

Finally Civil Society Won

FINALLY PRESSURE BY CITIZENS
COMPELLED LAWMAKERS
TO OWN THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND PASS
 JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT.

This Juvenile Justice Act passed yesterday by the Rajaj Sabha members after full Dramatics was not a willfully passed spontaneous act by some opposition parties who were again planning to junk it with the select committee.
We must know who are all these political leaders who have been playing their politics over this Juvenile justice Act.
Congress had started on the negative note when the discussion started and also was of the view to let the act be thoroughly studied by the Select committee and not to let it get passed by the house in Hurry Barry.
In hurry Barry ??? What the hell are the leaders of Congress, CPI-:M, JDU, BSP are talking ? Three years none of them had even thought of this important ACT which needed to be introduced urgently. But all these political leaders were busy fighting in self serving politics.
WHO CARED ALL THESE THREE YEARS?
THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY WERE VERY UPSET. IN UTTER DISGUST WHEN NIRBHAYA´S CRUEL RAPIST WAS RELEASED TO WALK FREE, NIRBHAYA´S PARENTS CAME OUT IN PROTEST DEMANDING THIS BILL TO BE PASSED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY DRAMA BY POLITICIANS WHO CARED LESS FOR SENTIMENTS OF THE CITIZENS.
YESTERDAY... NIRBHAYA´S PARENTS WERE RIGHT THERE SITTING THE THE RAJA SABHA AND WATCHING THE MEMBERS DEBATING JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT... THEIR PRESENCE FORCED RS MEMBERS TO DISPLAY THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND SERIOUSNESS ABOUT THE ACT BUT STILL, SOME SHAMELESS MEMBERS WERE SEEN MAKING ABSURD OBSERVATIONS AND NOT IN FAVOR OF PASSING THE BILL.
CPI-M MEMBERS WALKED OUT IN PROTEST. TMC JDU WANTED BILL TO GO TO SELECT COMMITTEE AGAIN.
BUT THE TREMENDOUS PRESSURE BUILT BY CITIZENS FROM OUTSIDE AND FROM SOCIAL MEDIA WAS SO MUCH, RAJA SABHA MEMBERS WERE FORCED TO PASS THE BILL IN UNANIMITY AND HAD NO CHOICE.
THIS I CONSIDER IS A VICTORY OF PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY WHO HAVE NOW STARTED TELLING THEIR LAW MAKERS... ENOUGH OF FOOLING...
GET DOWN TO BUSINESS OR YOU WILL FACE US ON THE STREETS AND IT WOULD MEAN DIFFICULT LIFE FOR YOU ALL.
I THINK... NIRBHAYA´S MOTHER PLAYED A BOLD ROLE IN PUTTING PRESSURE ON THE GOVERNMENT AND THE YOUTH OF THIS COUNTRY STOOD FIRMLY WITH HER.
YES... FINALLY NIRBHAYA´S MOTHER AND FATHER DID NOT GET FULL JUSTICE IS TRUE... BUT THEY FORCED TO PARLIAMENTARIANS TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND PASS THE ACT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
OPPOSITION PARTIES GOT EXPOSED WITH THEIR POLITICS BUT CITIZENS HAVE WON.

Who is Kejriwal and What is his Background_

IS KEJRIWAL PLANTED IN INDIA
TO DESTABILIZE INDIAN POLITY AND ECONOMY ?

KEJRIWAL AND MANISH SESODIA ARE WORKING ON  HIDDEN POLITICAL AGENDA
DESIGNED AND FUNDED BY FOREIGN HANDS.

To begin with, some political commentators had speculated that one or more larger players must be behind the inexplicable projection of India against Corruption (IaC) and its offshoot, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), in the media and political scene. Then, India News broadcast a story of an American student Shimrit Lee who had met Manish Sisodia before the Jan Lokpal movement was launched. It was found that Egypt had erupted after her visit to that country, too. Third, Ashwini Upadhyay, former head of the AAP’s legal cell, who has known Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia since the inception of their NGOs, revolted on the ground that the party had links with the US’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Then journalist-researcher Madhu Kishwar exposed links of Rajmohan Gandhi, the AAP’s para-trooped candidate from the East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, with terrorists.

Finally a larger network of miscreants, Maoists, Marxists, evangelists, tablighis, terrorists, India bashers and financiers of disruptive activities in this country helping the AAP has surfaced.

To understand how the entire international network works, the personnel connecting one nefarious organisation to another must be studied.

On 19 July 2011, two people of Pakistani origin were arrested in Washington DC. The US Department of Justice records describe one of them, Ghulam Nabi Fai, as an agent of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The New York Times reported that Fai was coordinating between the activities of several ultra-communist groups, Islamist outfits and Christian missionaries in India.

Fai once worked closely with Rajmohan Gandhi, the AAP’s para-trooped candidate from the East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. Gandhi was one of the prominent signatories to the petition by 53 odd well-networked ‘liberals’ like Ved Bhasin and Gautam Navlakha that defended Fai and demanded his release from the American jail.

Kishwar recorded an interview with Sai Lal Jediya, son of a Gandhian freedom fighter late Hira Lal who lived in Panchgani where the headquarters of the AAP candidate’s Moral Re-Armament (MRA), now called Initiatives of Change, are located. The MRA has long been suspected of being a front of the CIA.

Kishwar writes in her website, “Sai Lal has documentary evidence to back up his charges…” She adds Gandhi instigated Hira Lal to foment separatist movements in Nagaland and other border areas of the Northeast. Sai Lal alleges that the MRA headquarters in Panchgani, Maharashtra, are centres of CIA-backed anti-national activities in India, including holding training camps for terrorist groups.

Let us go beyond the revelations above to unearth more skeletons in the AAP closet.

Fai sought the help of a US resident, anthropologist-activist Angana P Chatterji, who supports the cause of Kashmir’s separation from India, to further his agenda. The California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) suspended Chatterji along with her husband Richard Shapiro in July 2011 and dismissed them in December 2011, after it received complaints from students against them. The CIIS Faculty Hearing Board found them guilty of failure to perform academic duties and violation of professional ethics. Shapiro has been declared persona non grata in India for his separatist activities.

Ironically, before Chatterji was expelled, US-based advocacy group Indian Muslim Council (IMC) had given her the Tipu Sultan Award in 2008, and the CIIS celebrated the felicitation. What kind of a profile should one have to get this award? Readers will find mention of two more recipients of this prize in this report later on, from where they may draw their conclusion.

Chatterji happens to be a co-author of the book, Kashmir: The Case for Freedom, whose other authors are Arundhati Roy, Pankaj Mishra, Hilal Bhatt and Tariq Ali.

Fai, Chatterji and Roy are associated with at least one or more of three anti-Indian organisations: The ISI, Indian-American Muslim Council (IAMC) and Progressive South Asians (PROXSA).

The IAMC website gives the notorious Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) a clean chit and projects India as a dangerous place for minorities to live in. The IAMC supports Harsh Mander, who is now a prominent AAP member. It also hosts Harsh Dobhal, managing editor of Combat Law, a Maoist magazine, and secretary of the Independent People’s Tribunal (IPT) that damned India through its “Report of Independent People’s Tribunal on Human Rights Violations in Kashmir” published in 2010. The IPT report was published by the Human Rights Law Network (HRLN) that projects Hindus as a horrible majority population in India that persecutes Muslims, Dalits and Christians.

The HRLN’s agenda is furthered internationally by Germany-based Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst (EED), Britain-based Christian Aid, Denmark-headquartered DanChurchAid and India-based Church Auxiliary for Social Action (CASA) among other forces that sees India divided along Hindu-Christian lines.

The AID also collects funds for the AAP. On 20 September 2011, The Times of India had reported that “Arvind Kejriwal's NGO Parivartan was supported by AID in 2008 to pursue the RTI campaign”. A page on the AID website shows it was, in 2011, soliciting money for IaC as well. Another page on the website hosts an article by Prashant Bhushan criticising the government’s version of the then Lokpal Bill.

In quite a few other pages of the website, Kejriwal has been described as “AID Saathi”, including one where the outfit is seen soliciting donations for the AAP. Further, AID sent its volunteers to the AAP to help the party in its campaign for the Delhi Assembly elections.

AID co-hosted an event with the radical Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). Communications director and civil rights coordinator of the CAIR, Randall Ismail Royer was arrested and convicted for conspiring with Lashkar-e-Tayyaba to execute terror strikes in India.

The most paradoxical ideology of the CAIR involves helping leftist extremists in India but promoting Islam in the US, which it wants to turn into the world headquarters of Islamic movements in this century.

Now we come to another wing of this international mafia. In 1999, Teesta Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand’s magazines Sabrang and Communalism Combat had, through their channels in the Indian National Congress, Communist Party of India (CPI) and Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)], extracted $ 15 million to project the BJP as an anti-minority, anti-woman party. Recently, the couple accepted that they had diverted part of the fund for their NGO for personal use. Some of their witnesses in the cases related to the riots in Gujarat in 2002 have turned hostile and accused the couple of putting words in their mouths via signatures and thumb impressions on affidavits submitted to the court, whose contents were dictated at will by Setalvad.

Finally, let’s see how all these people and their shady organisations are connected to each other. In 2000, Australia-based International Council of Evangelical Churches had instituted the International Award for Religious Harmony in the memory of slain Graham Staines. This award was first given to All India Christian Council’s general secretary John Dayal, known for his Dalit-Christian persecution complex and association with the infamous Dalit Freedom Network.

In 2003, the award went jointly to Setalvad and Admiral Laxminarayan Ramdass. The latter went on to become the AAP’s internal lokpal while almost his whole family was posted in the party’s policy committees.

We will now see how the AAP is linked with this international racket.

Kejriwal received the Ramon Magsaysay Award after he was promoted by National Advisory Council’s Aruna Roy following citation of his work by the World Bank. Documents of the CIA show its links with the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and the Ramon Magsaysay Foundation. The papers show how these foundations financially support intellectuals, students and activists across the world through mutual coordination.

Our focus is on the AAP.

The World Bank featured the insignificant work of Parivartan in their report, “Social Accountability Stocktaking Exercise for South and East Asia” [World Bank Institute, Washington DC, 2005, pages 30-32]. Kejriwal was selected for the Ramon Magsaysay Award only after featuring in the World Bank report above. Narayana Murthy, the Infosys chief, is a Trustee of the Ford Foundation. He apparently advocated Kejriwal’s case for the award, as did Aruna Roy.

The CIA’s unusual interest in the AAP is evident in the fact that in 2012, right after the party was registered by the Election Commission of India, the American spy agency released a list of “significant” parties in this country. Every party that featured in the list except the AAP was a recognized party — one that has participated in elections in at least four States of the country and secured 6 per cent of the total votes polled. This, when the AAP was just one month old with no record of participation in elections!

Former UPA Union Home Ministry does not come across as clean in this whole deal either. While Kabir was registered in 2007, Sisodia had got the ministry’s clearance to receive foreign funds in 2005! This is evident from the official papers Upadhyay has unearthed and handed over to this correspondent.

Did the UPA Home Ministry bend the rules for Kabir at the behest of the Congress? If not, what was Kejriwal doing with Sonia Gandhi acolyte Ashish Talwar in Germany in 2005, Upadhyay questions. And why is Talwar now the head of the AAP’s Delhi unit?

The World Bank had committed a similar fishy act in 2002. It funded Kejriwal’s Jan Sunvai activity when his NGO was not even registered. And several of the donors of NGOs of Kejriwal and Sisodia mentioned above went on to adjudicate who would get the Ramon Magsaysay Award for the year 2006!

Kabir received funds from the Ford Foundation (Rs 86,61,742), PRIA (Rs 2,37,035), Manjunath Shanmugam Trust (Rs 3,70,000), Dutch Embassy (Rs 19,61,968), Association for India’s Development (Rs 15,00,000), India’s Friends Association (Rs 7,86,500), United Nationals Development Programme (Rs12,52,742) while Rs 11,35,857 were collected from individual donations between 2007 to 2010.

Ford Foundation India Representative Steven Solnick admitted on 31 August 2012 that Foundation’s last installment to Kabir was donated in 2010. “Our first grant to the NGO was of $ 1,72,000 in 2005; the second was in 2008 of $ 1,97,000”, he said, adding that the Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership was funded by the Ford Foundation.

Lawyer Manohar Lal had filed a PIL in the Delhi High Court — WP (C) 3412/2012 — on 21 May 2012 against the dubious means NGOs employed to receive foreign funds.

Following this, Kabir was raided by the Union Home Ministry officials for a suspected violation of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) on 22 August 2012 after a court order. Following these developments, the Government lawyer submitted to the court that the state could lay its hands only on minor billing discrepancies in Kabir’s account.

Two months ago, however, the controversy surrounding Kabir resurfaced in newspapers with evidence of Sisodia misappropriating the foreign funds received by Kabir. Moreover, the papers revealed that Kejriwal is a part of Kabir, too.

Kejriwal’s NGO network goes beyond PCRF and Kabir.

He also heads Parivartan that claimed it “is not registered under any Act as a society or a trust or a Company. It is a people’s movement. For Income Tax purposes, it is an Association of Persons.”

However, it had advertised through various mediums in June 2002 that “all donations made to Parivartan are tax exempt under section 80 G.
Parivartan is also registered under section 12A of Income Tax Act.” This is misleading as its present document says, “Parivartan Foundation for Socio Economic Development filed for tax exemption to donors under Section 80G on 10 August, 2009.

Kejriwal represented Sampoorna Parivartan, too. The secretary of this NGO worked in the Commission Advisory Committee of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, which was constituted vide notification F1(135)/DERC/2000-01/5092 Delhi, March 27, 2003. This implies that the responsibility of power rate hike and installation of faulty meters that the AAP has been crying foul about partly lies on people associated with this very political party!

The website of both Parivartan and Kabir were withdrawn when they came under scrutiny in 2012. Even the Ford Foundation hid all the details about funding to Kabir when some blogs revealed their IAC/AAP connection in October 2012.

We can now see the circle complete with the Ramdas family — L Ramdas, wife Lalita Ramdas, daughters Sagari R Ramdas and Kavita N Ramdas — as a vital link between anti-India organisations,

Ford Foundation and the AAP. While the admiral was felicitated by evangelists, his daughter Kavita is the India representative of Ford Foundation and married to Zulfiqar Ahmad, a writer and researcher on peace and security issues in South Asia and the Middle East; this vocation gives him an opportunity to hobnob with other ‘South Asia experts’ and activists mentioned in this report.

Admiral Ramdas’s wife Lalita Ramdas and the other daughter Sagari Ramdas are in the AAP’s policy committees, too.

To understand how these so called Human Rights Activists, Women Rights Activists and their NGOs work closely with their international links and who all are involved in the political social activities under the garb of Social Activists ... go to this link and read the details given.

YOU WILL BE SHOCKED TO KNOW KEJRIWAL´S BACKGROUND AND HIS MAIN POLITICAL AGENDA HE IS TODAY PURSUING.

PAKISTAN´S POLITICAL PROPAGANDA

Pakistan Does it Again.
It Blames India For Students Killings In Peshawar.
This Pakistani Political propaganda is to brainwash their people against India and also to build-up a case against India in the international forum.
This is what the Pakistan Ruling political class and their Army has been selling to their own people and killings of over 150 innocent students in Peshawar school is the result of their own politics.
Rightly what Hillery Clinton told Pakistani Diplomats was very true. if you keep "Snakes" in your own back yard,Feed them with Milk, they will one day bite you and Kill "
This Goebbels propaganda is backfiring on Pakistan only. The whole world is looking at Pakistan as a Country that breeds Terrorists. But why would Pakistani politicians care? When their own children are studying in London and New York schools?
Who cares if the ordinary Pakistani gets killed on the streets?
And to keep fooling people with such news feeds, it is India killing you is easy to sell in Pakistan. And that helps all the Political and Army Rulers to sail easy in troubled waters.
Their ultimate interest is to run their shops with their brand of politics.
What have they got to do with innocent children getting killed by their own home grown Terror? After this terror attack, even one Terror group called Teherik E Taliban openly claimed the responsibility and Pakistani Army was on the mission to eliminate them from Afghan border, Some terrorists in their jails were even executed to calm the unrest in the people.
But Pakistan is a habitual lyre and want to tell the world, India is terrorizing them with their own fabricated stories. India is not interested in any cross border terrorism. India never believed in promoting it directly or indirectly from its soil. India wants good, friendly warm relations with its all neighbors. That is why our Prime minister Modi invited Nawaz Sherrif for his Swearing ceremony in Delhi.

But clearly the Army Rulers did not like it and decided to clip the wings of Nawaz Sherrif.

Till such time Democracy in Pakistan is not a reality on the ground, Democratically elected parliamentarians are not in full power in Pakistan, and till terrorists like Hafeez Said are given full support, backing and freedom to Bleed India, till Terror camps are sponsored by ISI and training provided to terrorists from their soil, Pakistan will never be a settled Democracy ever.It will remain only a far fetched dream.

To even think today, Pakistan will be friendly with India, is living in a fools paradise.
The only unfortunate part in this story is... You cant change your Rogue Neighbors.

712 innocent got injured, and about 40,000 were affected in the serial blasts.

22 years court trial was going on and Yakub Memon got every opportunity to defend himself. But the Supreme Court in its judgement said, he committed rarest of the rear heinous crime against humanity, and for which he was found guilty.
He Must Be Hanged! Said the Court.
And Owaisi MIM Chief gives lectures to BJP on Secularism.and he himself plays communal politics.
What a fake Secularist? Can any Indian make such insulting comments on Supreme Court verdict?
Mr Asaddudin.....Terrorist has no religion, cast or creed.
But these Owaisi brothers like to promote terrorism and shamelessly support the Terrorist who is a confirmed convict for his involvement in the serial Bomb Blasts in Mumbai on March 12,1993
Yakub Memon funded it and provided all logistic support in killing innocent people who were all human beings of every religion, cast and creed.
It is shocking that Azam Khan, Asaduddin Owaisi, Majid memon, Abu Azmi are all disrespecting the Supreme court judgement which is a contempt of the court when you say... Yakub Memon is being hanged because he is Muslim.
Why should he not be hanged for destroying many thousand innocent families?
If Asaddudin Owaisi thinks, the terror attack was not on India and on Indians, and if he is thinking, he is Muslim first and Indian later, he is insulting all those innocents who got killed in the terror attack which was plotted, funded and executed by Yakub Memon.... Then Owaisi is anti national and a traitor.
There can not be politics over terrorist who are enemies of not just India but whole world and killers of humanity.
The only punishment is to Hang them till Death. Nothing less.

Rahul Gandhi ... Dont Self Certify Your Political Honesty

POLITICALLY DISHONEST
CONGRESS VICE PRESIDENT.

Rahul Gandhi Says
People Voted for Modi and Not Sushma Swaraj

You are right Rahuljee. You have started realizing now after one year.
But the only difference in your thought is.... they voted Modi to throw Congress out. Think over that why you were thrown out of power. Your talk sounds like you were Holy Cow and people did a big mistake of voting for Narendra Mod and that is what is your political argument is to convince people of this country that your choice to vote Modi in power was wrong..Not really Rahul Gandhi
It was not a Big mistake because your Congress party was milking the cow for too long and looting this country.
Boffors Scam, 2G Scam, CWG Scam, Coal Scam, Rail Scam, Irrigation Scam, Augusta Helicopter Scam, Adarsha Scam, Roads Scam, Ports Scam, Power Scam
There is a question mark on your own character.and that of your High command.
Your own Son-in-Law Robert Vadra when he was making crores with no money in the pocket, Your Congress CM Hooda of Haryana was helping him to print currency in crores.
At that time, You and your Congress President never thought it was corruption and Robert Vadra is been helped by your CM Hooda and both should go to jail?
Now Robert Vadra is your Son-in-Law and has been minting money by using your family influence and many of your Congressmen are helping him in the loot.
Where was your morality and sense of public probity, impropriety?
When your own Congress Ministers were involved in a loot in Adarsha Scam and making crores on prime properties, you supported them and never raised questions  even once on misuse of constitutional powers by your Chief Ministers and all other Congress ministers?
That time you never knew what public probity, impropriety, and morality meant?
Suddenly on Lalit Modi Scam, which happened in during your UPA government in power and your Home Minister, Finance Minister, P.Chidamambaram allowed Lalit Modi an escape rout to leave this country for reasons not known, You are now taking high moral ground and raising issues on misuse of Constitutional powers?
May be you all were involved and beneficiaries of IPL Loot collectively and allowed Lalit Modi to leave this country?
Because, when you were in power at the center, you did not register any FIR with criminal charges on Lalit Modi??
When High Court´s three judge bench returned Lalit Modi´s passport which was wrongly withheld by your government, You did not go into appeal to Supreme Court ? Why?
Where you not helping him to leave the country?
You were fully aware that he has got his passport back from the court, and you also knew he has committed serious financial frauds, like money laundering, why is that he was not booked then and arrested by your Home Minister Chidamabaram?
Where you not all helping Lalit Modi in a smart ways to leave this country?
Your one senior Minister, Rajeev Shukla was BCCI board member, your political alliance partner Sharad Pawar was in your UPA government as a cabinet Minister, All of you did not realize, this criminal will one Day abscond?
The fact is, YOU ALL willingly, knowingly, provided an ESCAPE Rout and helped this criminal to leave this country. If Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje have helped this criminal, you were all part of the larger political conspiracy to let this criminal get off the hook.
So you all are partners with Lalit Modi and may be, he has shared his loot with you all and just to close the IPL Scam chapter, you all sent him out to keep his mouth shut. so that YOU ALL stay safe.
Why shouldn't we see this whole IPL SCAM with this perspective??
TODAY this country is feeling cheated and thinking, all of you are involved in this scam, in the IPL Loot, and now trying to pass on the Buck to each other?
YOU need to prove Rahul Gandhi that public perception is wrong. In public view... You ALL are 420, CHOR !!
Now...Prove us wrong.

Why Politicians Opposing Land Acquisition Bill ?

POLITICIANS
OPPOSING THE LAND BILL
ARE ALL LANDLORDS THEMSELVES
WITH VESTED INTERESTS

BY R JAGANNATHAN FEB 25, 2015

The gathering storm over the NDA's bill to amend the Land Acquisition Act is largely posturing. The truth is no state government, including Mamata Banerjee's, wants the law to remain what it is now. But opposition is still building up, including from some NDA allies, because this is how regional parties and the Congress believe they can cut Narendra Modi down to size.

They will try their damnedest to do so what is not in their own states' interest. A perfect example of cutting the nose to spite the face.

Ideally, in a federal set-up, the center ought not to be legislating any law where states should be the lead players. But the UPA, believing it was on to vote winner, legislated a growth-retarding land acquisition law which will result in an artificial land shortage for infrastructure and manufacturing, not to speak of urban expansion and housing.

Even the current opposition to the NDA move to ease the land law on five fronts – defence, affordable housing, rural infrastructure, industrial corridors, and public-private projects - is a denial of federalism. Leaving the act as it was in 2013 will make it tougher for states to acquire land for infrastructure projects which are vital for growth.

It is important to understand why the original Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act

– which is the official name of the Act which the NDA wants to amend – is not what the doctor ordered for India.

India's problem is that too many people are dependent on low-income jobs in agriculture, while land is scarce for the creation of higher-paying jobs outside agriculture. The only solution is to reduce the number of people dependent on land and agriculture by making more of it available for industry and infrastructure. There is no other way.

Consider the pros of making land acquisitions easier – and who actually benefits from the UPA law. It is certainly not the poor.

First, all politicians love the UPA version of the law for the simple reason that if land acquisition becomes tougher, middlemen and landlords will benefit from the resultant scarcity.

Most rural politicians are big landlords,

and they will gain the most if businessmen have to kowtow to them to buy land. Land aggregators, village officials and other middlemen will benefit from graft if the process of acquisition is made difficult through the need for 70/80 percent consent and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) studies.

It has been estimated that acquiring a large parcel of land under the UPA Actwould take four to five years – enough time to make any project unviableas all cost assumptions go for a toss.

Second, the basic purpose of the Act – as its very name suggests - is to ensure fair compensation, rehabilitation and resettlement; none of this is impaired by the NDA's version of the Act. In fact, by making acquisitions easier, it will be able to make payments quicker to land sellers.

The poor will get rehabilitated faster if the deal goes through faster, not by dragging it over five years. The only real issue it that the displaced must be compensated and rehabilitated properly - and this is what needs tough implementation and oversight.

Third, making land available for infrastructure and housing will make jobs grow in rural areas – making land sellers benefit both from higher payments and new job opportunities.

The landless poor depend on seasonal agricultural employment for livelihoods; once land acquisition becomes easier, they will have options beyond agriculture.

1- Wages will rise as infrastructure projects start blooming in rural areas.

Fourth, India's structural problem is that too many people are bottled up in unproductive rural and agricultural work. Any scheme to get people off the land – even if it happens through compulsory land acquisitions – is thus good for them even though the disruption is real. The gut issue is people's emotional attachment to land – but this is no different from hanging on to a family heirloom which is of no use to anyone.

It needs careful communication from the government that it is mindful of sensitivities. Nothing else.

Fifth, quicker land acquisition will, in fact, make it easier for farmers to derive more value from land. It is a fallacy to think that land prices can be mandated to rise only through government fiat. (The Land Act mandates paying two times market prices for land acquired in urban areas, and four times in rural areas.)

Land values rise when more land shifts out of agriculture (as is visible in large areas of urban Haryana bordering Delhi), and this cannot happen if the idea is to make acquisitions tougher. The UPA Act would have had the opposite effect of keeping market prices of land lower than they should be due to the stiff conditions attached to its acquisition. To develop a proper market for land, you need to make transactions faster and easier, not slower and more complicated. To make a market for land vibrant, you need to increase land supply, not constrict it - as the UPA Land Act does.

Sixth, the UPA Act's provision for the return of land in case it is not developed five years after acquisition makes no sense. This is like asking you to sell your house if you have not lived in it for some time. What I do with what I have bought is my business, not the seller's. Moreover, the prices of land don't stay still. No landowner can hope to get the land back at the same price he sold it for. The idea of returning land is not only daft, but unimplementable in practice.

The NDA version thankfully ends this nonsense.

Seventh, the assumption that giving up fertile land will impact food production is erroneous. It is Luddite thinking. Food production depends on improving agricultural productivity by investing more in it. This calls for land consolidation, mechanised farming, more contract (or even corporate) farming, use of improved techniques, and introduction of new technology, including genetically-modified seeds, among other things.

None of this is possible if Indian agriculture is going to have to support so many people with tiny parcels of land. Not just industry and infrastructure, even agricultural growth needs land consolidation - which means getting people to sell small patches of land and move to urban areas or to non-agricultural jobs.

It is nobody's case that the poor farmer must be robbed to feed rapacious corporate greed with cheap land. But it cannot be anyone's case that the poor must be bound hand-and-foot to underproductive land.

Land gets undervalued when too many people are dependent on it. So it is important to get people off land.

The paradox of land is that the people who own it will not benefit unless they are able to sell it. They are sitting on a valuable asset, but encashing it needs them to let go of it. The purpose of the UPA law is to ensure that they find it as difficult as possible to realise value from their land.

It is this hidden paradox that the Land Acquisition Ordinance solves by making acquisitions easier. The Act pushes land owners to sell in their own long-term interest. But no one wants to put it this way.

The only reason why politicians are working up a lather over the NDA bill is simple: they are mostly land owners and land hoarders with their own vested interests. It is no secret, that politicians are benami owners of  urban land too. '

They are using the poor to argue their own case.

The real joke is this: a right-wing government is citing "eminent domain" and public purpose in speeding up land acquisitions; the opposition is from the left, which is arguing for private property, especially landed interests.

French Writer says, Prapoganda against PM Modi is baseless

François Gautier
A French writer and Journalist
Demolishes Anti Modi Communal Propaganda
By Indian Media and opposition

FRANCOIS GAUTIER

THE “PERSECUTION” OF CHRISTIANS IN INDIA The ‘vandalizing’ of churches in New Delhi in the past weeks has been an embarrassment to Mr Modi and his government and has helped to propagate here and abroad the idea that Christians in India are ‘persecuted’.
.
Firstly, it is necessary to bring about a little bit of a historical flashback, which very few foreign correspondents (and unfortunately also Indian journalists) care to do, which would make for a more balanced view of the problem...
If ever there was persecution, it was of the Hindus at the hands of Christians, who were actually welcomed in this country, as they have been welcomed in no other place in this Planet. Indeed, the first Christian community of the world, that of the Syrian Christians, was established in Kerala in the first century; they were able to live in peace and practice their religion freely, even imbibing some of the local Hindu customs, until the Jesuits came in the 16th century and told them it was “heathen” to have anything to do with the Hindus, thereby breaking the Syrian Church in two.

When, Vasco de Gama, landed in Kerala in 1498, he was generously received by Zamorin, the Hindu king of Calicut, who granted him the right to establish warehouses for commerce. But once again, Hindu tolerance was exploited and the Portuguese wanted more and more: in 1510, Alfonso de Albuquerque seized Goa, where he started a reign of terror, burning "heretics", crucifying Brahmins, using false theories to forcibly convert the lower castes, razing temples to build churches upon them and encouraging his soldiers to take Indian mistresses. Indeed, the Portuguese perpetrated here some of the worst atrocities ever committed in Asia by Christianity upon another religion. Ultimately, the Portuguese had to be kicked out of India, when all other colonisers had already left.

British missionaries in India were always supporters of colonialism; they encouraged it and their whole structure was based on "the good Western civilised world being brought to the Pagans". Because, in the words of Claudius Buccchanan, a chaplain attached to the East India Company, "neither truth, nor honesty, honour, gratitude, nor charity, is to be found in the breast of a Hindoo"!  What a comment about a nation that gave the world the Vedas, at a time when Europeans were still grappling in their caves!
And it is in this way that the British allowed entire chunks of territories in the East, where lived tribals, whose poverty and simplicity, made them easy preys to be converted to Christianity. By doing so, the Christian missionaries cut a people from their roots and tradition, made them look westwards towards a culture and a way of life which was not theirs. And the result is there today for everyone to see:
it is in these eastern States, some of which are 90% Christians, that one finds the biggest drug problems (and crime) in India. It should also be said that many of the eastern separatist movements have been covertly encouraged by Christian missionaries on the ground that “tribals were there before the ‘Aryan Hindus’ invaded India and imposed Hinduism upon them”. The trouble is that the latest archeological and linguistic discoveries point out to the fact that there never was an Aryan invasion of India – it just was an invention of the British and the missionaries to serve their purpose…
Secondly, Christianity has always striven on the myth of persecution, which in turn bred “martyrs” and saints, indispensable to the propagation of Christianity. But it is little known, for instance, that the first “saints” of Christianity, “martyred” in Rome, a highly refined civilization, which had evolved a remarkable system of Gods and Goddesses, some of whom were derived from Hindu mythology via the Greeks, were actually killed (a normal practice in those days), while bullying peaceful Romans to embrace the “true” religion, in the same way that later Christian missionaries will browbeat “heathen” Hindus, adoring many Gods, into believing that Jesus was the only “true” God.

Most if the incidents of ‘persecution’ of Christians in India are between converted tribals versus non-converted tribals, clashes of pent-up jealousies, of old village feuds and land disputes. It is also an outcome of what - it should be said - are the aggressive methods of the Pentecost and seventh Adventists missionaries, known for their muscular ways of converting.

Thirdly, conversions in India by Christian missionaries of low caste Hindus and tribals are sometimes nothing short of fraudulent and shameful. American missionaries are investing huge amounts of money in India, which come from donation drives in the United States where gullible Americans think the dollars they are giving go towards uplifting “poor and uneducated Indians”. It is common in Kerala, for instance, particularly in the poor coastal districts, to have “miracle boxes” put in local churches: the gullible villager writes out a paper mentioning his wish: a fishing boat, a loan for a pukka house, fees for the son’s schooling… And so, a few weeks later, the miracle happens ! And of course the whole family converts, making others in the village follow suit…

American, Australian or British missionaries (and their Governments) would like us to believe that democracy includes the freedom to convert by any means.

But France for example, a traditionally Christian country, has a Minister who is in charge of hunting down “sects”. And by sects, it is meant anything that does not fall within the recognised family of Christianity – even the Church of Scientology, favored by some Hollywood stars such as Tom Cruise or John Travolta, is ruthlessly hounded. And look at what the Americans did to the Osho movement in Arizona, or how innocent children and women were burnt down by the FBI (with the assistance of the US army) in Waco Texas, because they belonged to a dangerous sect…
Did you know that the Christianity is dying in the West ?
Not only church attendance is falling dramatically because spirituality has deserted it, but less and less youth find the vocation to become priests or nuns. And as a result, say in the rural parts of France, you will find only one priest for six or seven villages, whereas till the late seventies the smallest hamlet had its own parish priest. And where is Christianity finding new priests today ? In the Third World, of course ! And India, because of the innate impulsion of its people towards God, is a very fertile recruiting ground for the Church, particularly in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Hence the huge attention that India is getting from the United States, Australia, or England and the massive conversion drive going on today. It is sad that Indians, once converted, specially the priests and nuns, tend to turn against their own country and help in the conversion drive.

There are very few “White” missionaries left in India and most of the conversions are done today by Indian priests.

A few years back, during the Bishop’s conference in Bangalore, it was restated by bishops and priests from all over India, that conversion is the FIRST priority of the Church here.
But are the priests and Bishops aware that they would never find in any western country the same freedom to convert that they take for granted in India ? Do they know that in China they would be expelled, if not put into jail ? Do they realize that they have been honored guests in this country for nearly two thousand years and that they are betraying those that gave them peace and freedom ?

Hinduism, the religion of tolerance, the coming spirituality of this new millennium, has survived the unspeakable barbarism of wave after wave of Muslim invasions, the insidious onslaught of Western colonialism which has killed the spirit of so may Third World countries and the soul-stifling assault of Nehruvianism. But will it survive the present Christian offensive ?

Many Hindu religious leaders feel that Christianity is a real threat today, as in numerous ways it is similar to Hinduism, from which Christ borrowed so many concepts (see Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s book: “ Hinduism and Christianity”).. It is thus necessary that Indian themselves become more aware of the danger their culture and unique civilisation is facing at the hands of missionaries sponsored by foreign money. It is also necessary that they stop listening to the Marxist- influenced English newspapers’ defense of the right of Christian missionaries to convert innocent Hindus.

Conversion belongs to the times of colonialism. We have entered in the era of Unity, of coming together, of tolerance and accepting each other as we are – not of converting in the name of one elusive “true” God. When Christianity will accept the right of other people to follow their own beliefs and creeds, the only will Jesus Christ’s Spirit truly radiate in the world.

Now You should know why all opposition parties are not accepting PM Modi´s offer to pass "Anti Conversion Law!" Because it is no good for all those who are busy in conversions of poor Adivasis, Dalits and economically backwards from remote villages with lot of Freebie offers ??

All of them are silent on Anti Conversion Bill PM Modi recommended in the parliament House. If they wanted conversions to stop, they would have accepted his offer but there was no political honesty in the communal campaign by Congress, SP, JDU, RJD, BSP against Mr Modi. They all got exposed.
